Brandon Hays was the most on top of it Real Estate Broker. He went far above and beyond for my husband and I. He found the house with all of our desires, location and price range in TX. We relocated out of state, so he took time to take pictures and videos inside and out to go over all the pros and cons. We only saw the house through Brandon's eyes. We had so much faith in Brandon that we purchased the house without traveling to see it ourselves. We've been extremely satisfied for the last several months living in our new home. I promise if you have Brandon as your real estate broker buying or selling you'll also be amazed at his integrity, knowledge, being on top of the whole process and always answers or gets back to you within minutes.

VERY IMPRESSED: I’d like to give Mr. Hays more than 5 stars. I’m like the 5th person in our clan from Oregon that Brandon has found and managed home purchases for. Three of us never even saw the homes before we bought them – Brandon managed it all. He literally walked me around the place with his cell/video and looked at it as if he was buying it for his own family – with Brandon it’s always the straight scoop. I appreciate that he’s not a yes man and if asked he will roll up his sleeves and look at the tough details, do the hard work and always feed you the straight data. I’ve bought and sold a lot of real-estate – Brandon is the first agent I’ve ever hired. I could write pages of the things he did that were so far above and beyond, the time and costs he saved me. He was at the house immediately after I asked for help (after I left a VM message - the first time I spoke to him I literally asked him when he will be able to go look and he said I’M ALMOST THERE NOW!!!), and he had an offer to them immediately. He communicates very well, always takes the time to listen, he makes contact and communicates directly with everyone needed to get things done (he is not shy) – and he never gives up! I was unable to fly down here after back surgery, so Brandon met every inspector, the surveyor….on and on and literally was available anytime for anything. The first time I saw the house/place was weeks after closing and all the contractors were done working - we rolled in the driveway at midnight and had 2 moving vans behind us – I never worried - that’s how confident we are with Brandon. Aside from him being knowledgeable and professional he also has a network of service folks that he knows and trusts, he always had a name and number for me (and always offered to call them for me) – I used them all. If anything needed to be managed or pushed Brandon would saddle up and GET IT DONE!!! He’s a mover and a shaker, he never stops – I’m usually the one pushing things but Brandon was always one step ahead of me on every little thing. I can’t thank him enough and I highly recommend Brandon. I am thrilled to consider him family, he has 100% of my trust and respect.

Brandon helped us sell our old home and buy our current home. We was very responsive, answering all of our questions and addressing our concerns. He was able to refer us to an excellent home inspector and get us a roof repair estimate on short notice when roof concerns came up during the inspection.
